Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24hrs.  All orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.  Please note that we only ship to physical addresses and do not ship to PO Boxes.

If you are rural please select the rural shipping option, alternatively you can supply us with a non rural address. Selecting standard slows down our time to get your items to you as we will follow up for another address or ask you to pay the difference in shipping. 
Please note Waiheke is classed as rural. 

All orders are shipped using Aramax New Zealand. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 working days for your delivery.  

FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $200. Excludes oversized and fragile items. 

OVERSIZED & FRAGILE ITEMS

Large items such as furniture, framed art or fragile items are excluded from our free shipping offer and will incur a delivery fee.

IN-STORE PICK UP

If you wish to collect in-store please choose the PICKUP option at the checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will be notified when your order can be collected. 

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

All orders to Australia will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $45NZD for under 2kg.

All overseas import costs/charges are at the expense of the customer upon receiving their order 

Australian orders are shipped using New Zealand Post track and trace.  Please allow approx. 5-12 working days for your delivery.
