Returns

If you are not happy with your online purchase, a refund or exchange will be offered on full price items only where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, with all tags still intact;
  • the goods are returned within 7 days of purchase date;
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided

Please note that we cannot exchange or return used items. 
We do not refund original shipping charges and the customer is responsible for payment of the return postage.

Please contact us first before returning. Please send your package via Track & Trace methods only. Please enclose all relevant information.

Returns or exchanges are not available on sale items, food products or jewellery.
